Today we did a wide variety of activities to assess the most effective learning modality for the students. I am very pleased to say that this group of young people is extremely creative!
We took pictures of the first graders, which was quite a learning experience.

Internet was unknown when I was in 5th grade where Miss Arndt was the teacher.
As I recall, she told students that when her back was turned while writing on the blackboard, she could watch us through the reflection in her glasses!
On bad weather days, she entertained us at recess - playing her zylaphone.
